I just logged into account and I had a reply a week ago, my mistake.  It looks like you can’t go over your allotted minutes for your plan - I just assumed you got charged more. I’m actually quite happy you can’t as this will control my son’s usage.

I’m having the same issue and have put in a ticket over a week ago but no one has contacted me
