There used to be a option when you activate your plan to select new number and you get to pick last 4 digits. I know that public mobile has one number available but i cant find it now because you cant select last 4 digits.
why change? ...because it was available for longest time. and i could get it by selecting last 4 and than the random generaotr would bring it up eventiually
