Today is payment day. I subscribed to auto pay, However, my credit card did not charge and my online self serve profile says plan expired please advise.

It is no more longer advertised at PM website but you can still get it until midnight

Did you check whether your phone is compatible with PM before porting your number to PM?

I ported from Fido, on Fido I used to get 33down and 29up. On PM I am getting average between 29 to 41 depends on location and I never got LTE+

Perhaps their server is down due to heavy traffic cause by activation. I would try after midnight. Good luck!
