It looks like the Public Mobile self serve site is having issues with Firefox and Chrome. It worked properly with Edge. Hopefully they'll get their Firefox and Chrome support corrected.
One more tip is to use Chrome when using the number porting page. The section where you enter your old account number information doesn't display if you are using Firefox.
