I have the same problem. My data stopped working 3 days ago and my 12GB Add-On is also missing on my account. I emailed support 2 days ago and still waiting for their reply... Has your issue been resolved yet?
For the people who ordered the SIM on Nov 16 and received the SIM today (Monday Nov 21), how can they activate and sign up the Fall Promo plan? Is the plan still available in the activation page? Thanks.
I got the SIM card but having difficulties complete the activation. I am now afraid the issue won't get resolve before the promotion end. I sent private message to two moderator but no reply yet... Can someone please help? Thanks.
