Did you try turning on data services. I know on my phone, if I don't turn on my LTE or 4G, none of the MMS that are sent to me will be received until i do.
Competition is always good to give consumers more choice. I think it will take time for Lucky to gain traction and get in touch with a market that is quite different from the Bell one. With that said, very happy with PM!

Receiving calls seems to the last thing that works. It worked for me after I powered down, removed the sim, waited 1 minute, inserted sim and powered up again.
To add, if you still don't have service you might want to power down and remove the sim. Wait 1-2 minutes then add back the sim and try out the phone. How many bars are you showing if any?
