Ordered a SIM card on November 8th got a confirmation number 88990. The SIM card has still not arrived! The intention was to take advantage of the $40/4gb promotion before November 20th. Help!
What if the sim card that I ordered on November 8th does not arrive? Will the promotion still be honored if I get another sim card elsewhere and just provide the order number for the original SIM card that was ordered prior to November 16th?
Thanks! There is no mention of hst anywhere in my account.. Would you say it's safe to assume it's included in whatever amount was charged to my cc and calculate it manually? For example, if charged $120/90 day cycle, hst $13.81??
