Mine started working around 11 (11.30?) on my end, I can't imagine it will be down for much longer.

@Mary_M Is there any information on when those affected can expect a resolution to this issue?

My wife and I along with 2 of our friends are all experiencing the same issue. Trying to make local calls results in the "You don't have a LD plan automated message". Data and SMS seem to be working fine thoug.
