If you found that no reply from MOD, you may try to send private message at Facebook page of Public Mobile. They reply really quick then this forum! I just fully completed ported my number within today.!!

Fully agree with you. It's worst case for who really need a phone call for work. No I need to carry 2 cell phones with me. One for answer the call and one for call out
