Hello!I can receive text messages (not iMessages) from my group, but because there is a Samsung in the group chat, I can't send anything in the group chat. Please help! I turned on Group MMS and send as SMS for my settings already.
I had the same issue and I just went to the retailer ASAP kindly explaining to them the issue and showing proof it is the same SIM that I want to refund or exchange and they will understand.
I also had that issue. Just go to the exact retailer you bought it from and tell the employee to help you make an exchange. Remember to bring your receipt and show proof with all the packaging identical to the faulty sim card that doesn't work.
