Took a number from Freedom, after 15 mins got notice that my number been successfully transferred.

Contact to Rogers it should not take more than 15 mins.

There could be problem on Virgin side (in case if you transferred number), does they send your Virgin account been successfully canceled due number transferring?

Just order online it comes fast by mail.

Just add different credit card.
