Can't get incoming calls or texts from many people and my fido account is still active. I can call out and have data. Have PMd already. No response

Still waiting for a reply from a pm. I think it was a bad port and they have to fix it on their end. I've been using google hangouts to text people

Exact same problem i have hade for 5 days

Hi there. I just moved over to PM yesterday from Fido and am able to send texts and calls and have data but i can't receive calls and only get some peoples texts. My old sim card still works fine though. I'm thinking that it's a port problem. ???
