I go to my account to change data plan, it comes up error message.
When I signed up, the deal was 5g for $25. So I signed up myself and 2 family members.Then twice, they gave us 1G twice more.Now, we only have 1 G each. I didn’t us all data as I use my phone mostly at home. Very disappointed. May move elsewhere.
I suspended my service because I lost my phone.Trying to reactivate my service but won’t accepted my payment. All info is entered correctly.
Lost the extra data that was given to me when I signed up.
