My plan says that I’ve used all of my data, however on my account I still have some left , as well as a full 1 g as part of an add on. How do I access this data?

I would assume the same. On my account it says I have data, however I’ve received the texts telling me I’ve used 100% and my data has been shut off, however in my account I still have data available.
