That is correct, my bad I read it as being 3G 850/1900. So as others have said it will not work. Rogers and subsidiaries are the only carriers running any sort of 2g network in Canada.
Based on the specs of the phone, it will work only on the 3G network which is 850/1900mhz. However since it is missing band 4 (1700/2100mhz) it will not be able to work on the LTE network.
