Hi there, I just tried to activate my Public mobile sim and port my Fido no to public mobile but it said something went wrong and it didn't go through. I have been charged though. Need help.Thanks

Thanks for your advise.The payment went through and I have inserted the sim. I got outgoing calls working but no incoming calls yet. thanks
