I am getting tired for waiting to change plan. I know they are very busy but it takes too long.

When I port my number from Koodo to PM, I got temp. number first and then ported Koodo number.That was 6 months ago. I just saw today that when I login to my account under plan detail, it shows my temporary number. Not my ported number. Is this norm...

My plan was 1gb 90 days plan and I want to change to fall promo. I added fund extra $30. I gave them my phone number and account number. I sent 2 PM but no response

Same with me. I sent it 9 days ago but plan not been changed.

Everything works fine. My ported number works well. Yes, my phone said Public mobile. Only problem is in my account under plan detail, it only shows my temporary number not my ported number.

I have same problem. I added additional fund but still old plan. I am waiting for Mary_M to fix it.
