Hi guys, I just registered and activated my SIM card. The referral code I added doesn’t reflect $10 off my account. Anyone know why? TIA

Hi, I’m not sure what to do. I ordered a SIM card online on May 22 and received a confirmation email saying I should be getting it in mail within 7 days and it’s been way beyond that. What should I do and who do I contact? please advice! thanks
