actually it was quite quick, i didn't know this messaging system was the way to reach people so i did it by email. Here on the messaging system within a few minutes, someone will reply.
@Jeremy_M I took part in the simswap and got a voucher, but I must say the sign up process is proving rather diffuclt and fustrating, and having to wait 48hr for a email response is quite limiting. Wish there was a faster way of getting support.
