The moderator is a robot. No help whatsoever. I hope I did not not make a bad decision joining Public Mobile. I start to doubt it though.

It would be great to have a live person answer questions instead of the run around your Robot gives. Get started yesterday, wanted to port my number, decided to change it to get service, and I get number change failed. If my phone does not work today...
