I got my SIM card from public mobile and lost it so I got another SIM card from public mobile insert in my phone and it says no service and lockedHow can I get my SIM card to work and unlocked the same cell phonePlease help

I did everything and my sim card is locked

I changed the SIM card number on self and I never report it stolen or lost
