OK, I'll try that first. Should I delete conversations with emojis, and conversations with pictures that I sent to them?

I've tried deleting texts with pictures, but no luck. Yesterday I discovered how to save and download texts and calls to my PC with the SMS Backup and Restore app so today I'll try a full factory reset.

Tried with the APN settings for GID. which it did save but I still get the same message when I tried to download a new MMS from another phone after I restarted.
