The only thing I could think of is that your card would have expired and I'm assuming that you would have to enter the card number again but if you tried an other card that don't make any sense to me .

I have the same problem but just learned to deal with it lol sorry can't help!!!

Have you tried to take out you sim card and putting it back in as mine did the same thing when I switched phones just last week
