Recently activated 2 SIM cards, activation for a new account took approximately 5-7 minutes including completing account details and inserting SIM into phone. Hope this helps, BSK

Hi, unsure of the reception.However, for your 2nd question believe you can only purchase a SIM card online. Hope this helps,BSK
