Hi, I have tried to switch from Public Mobile to Bell, however there is an issue with the phone number transfer. I have been told that you guys are refusing to transfer the phone number. I'd like to know why this is happening and how we can fix this ...
When ever I try to make a phone call, I get a message saying that talk is not included in my plan.I do not have talk included in my plan, however I do have a 400 minute add on.
