I have auto pay on my account, yet they suspended my service until I made a payment, I thought with auto payment it was automatic.
i CANNOT CHANGE OR ADD A NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ENROLL AGAIN IN AUTO- PAY . PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CHECK THE WEB PAGE OR PROGRAM AND FIX THE PROBLE.THANK YOU
