Currently I have no data. I can call and text. Under my overview tab it shows - Service Status: Active.But when checking add-on usage I have this - Status: Suspended, even though I have 958mb left on my 1gb plan.Any way to fix this? Thanks.
Device is an iPhone 5. Again - it has worked for 3 months up until this problem. One thought I have is that when I paid with my voucher the beta credit didn't go through properly so it had to manually activated. Maybe they activated my calls/text but...
Data has worked the past 3 months so it isn't my APN settings. Have removed sim card and rebooted phone but status is still showing as suspended under add-ons. Emailed them on Friday but yet to hear back.
