I've alrdy cleared cache and all that 臘‍♀️ Oh dear. Yes I know my password and username. Ugh. Why is this happening!! 

Just tried that nothing. Does anyone have a reason as to why thus is happening? This is frustrating that I can't actually speak to a real person about this. 

Yea SIMon told me to private message the moderators so I just did that. 

I have dialed 611 and it told me to go to public mobiles website and nothing. 

I have used this online chat SIMon 3 hrs ago and I have waited an hr to see if my acct was unlocked and it's still locked.
