how come i never received my 5 gigs of data when i signed up ? on my second month with public mobile and don't see it on my rewards, i met all the criteria, so not sure why i didn't get it.
i have the 25 dollar plan in canada, but i cannot set up voicemail. when i dial 1 or my cell number it says i don't have a talk plan, therefore no email.the $25 plan includes voicemail, so what can i do now ?
I got the promo online back in March of this year , had the 5 gigs up until a week ago and now it is gone, i just know i want it back or i will be switching to another provider.
