My  Plan  Gives  Me  Picture Texting BUT  it  has NEVER  worked . I have tried  & enabledEverything possible  including going to a phone Tech person who also doesn't know why not ..I  have an LG G4  &  it  worked  when  I  was  with  Telus  &  Koodo ...
