I tried resetting the password a couple of times but the account still will not open. New to the process so wondering how to select a MOD and a private message?
thanks for the suggestions. I tired ipad and work computer over 2 days about 4-8 times. No real solution trying to get a new password either yet, so moving to ticket and MOD to help.
