Activated my sim a few days ago and im not receiving texts also every time i go to call a number it just ends the call straight away

Every time i try and suspend my account it just says theres an error and to try again later. So many thumbs up for public mobile right now!!!!!

Its a microsoft lumia 640 LITENew number, nothing portedi got a $19 voucher then got the $10 pack and have 9$ leftDont think i have any data on this plan
