You should message the PM moderator and tell them about the issue you are currently experiencing.

As long as you know the number you want to port, the name the number was previously registered with and the account number of your previous provider, you should be able to port to Public Mobile.

Did you check your self-serve account and made sure you have a valid credit card/visa debit registered?
