Change of Due Date

Hi. I need to change the due date to bring it one week earlier. Is it possible to do it? I want it from 25 to 25 instead of 2nd to 2nd. I want to restart from 26th September. Thanks.

Does the same plan appear in the options to chose a new plan? My current plan is 5 GB and I chose 4.5 plus 0.5 bonus plan

I have done it 3 times no effect. It is still showing old plan in the plan page. Did multiple re logins.

I have changed the plan but it is not updated. I wonder how long does it takes for changes to take effect. Thanks.
