Hi If i want to switch one plan to another with Public mobile, when can I do that? currently I am on automatic payment. wondering should I do that one day before the payment?  Or it doesn't matter which day to switch?  thanks for help! 
After successfully activating the SIM account by selecting a new number, I ported my old number. I can call with the old number, but can't receive phone calls," that number is not available"... Can anyone tell me why it is that?Thanks a lot!
I tried many times at different computers to activate the SIm account. Message was sent to moderator but no reply yet... My credit card has no problem... can any one help me with the activation of the account?  thanks!!
