The other Tier 3 support (no name to be mentioned, the light blue one) has phone and chat support, you can chat via the app. Look like in terms of support, the other one is better. What you think?
How about the 3rd Tier3 provider? what's the support model they go with?
Telus is interesting.. somehow it does not trust App too much. For example, Koodo used to have an App but they killed it couple years ago. On the other hand, all other major providers Tier 1, 2, 3 have app, so, only Koodo and PM don't have one.

@softech I think probably Telus doesnt want to tie up people to Live Chat feature and making the most of their resources. Sadface.
