Thanks @jerry2020 , but, there are 1000's+ of posts with members telling customers just this. Unfortunately, Public Mobile does not have a very good way of letting customers know how to contact them. And apparently many customers are not searching the forums to find out how to private message them, cause dozens of members will be told about this link many times a day.
