She recently put the phone in a new case, so it’s possible some buttons got pressed accidentally. We tried a hard restart, but that led to a screen that looks like a DOS interface with 'SS RDX' at the top and a lot of unfamiliar text. Does anyone know what's going on or how to resolve this issue?
