If you activated online, your self serve account should be created. Just login.
If you activated in-store, you should receive an email from PM with a link to create your self-serve account. Check your spam folder.
You can use the following link to create your self-serve account

It will send you a text message to your phone with a 6-digit code to complete the setup.

can you provide more details? when was the last time you logged in?
have you ever logged in? new user old user? did you sign up in store or online?
have you tried the password reset?
is your line working?
