registering problems

I registered, entered all the pertinent information, took a picture of it, so I knew "exactly" how username/password was entered.  I tried to log in, and it said that "account not found"  (or something similar to that affect).  I have a SIM card, and I just wanted to pay and get my phone working, I got a phone # too, but that also came as inactive.

It sounds like you hit a bit of a snag with the self-serve portal.  There are sometimes issues with particular web browsers but give Chrome with Incognito mode a try - most people have success with the activation portal using it.

 

Otherwise, you'll need the help of a moderator to get your account sorted out.


Send a private message to @CS_Agent, include your following information:
- account number
- phone number
- sim card number (if you have it)
- a brief description of what has happened during the activation process...

…and they will be able to look into it for you.  They work 9am to 9pm and answer messages in the order they receive them.
