my referral code is not working

I'd recommend copy/pasting your referral code from your self-serve landing page, and then put it into a text or e-mail to the intended recipient.
The referral code used to have a 'link' that could be sent to the recipient, this way, the exact code would be entered on the activation, reducing some issues with certain characters being mis-typed.
Hope you can get it working.

You mean you provided it to someone to activate with? That is the only way you use your OWN referral code. If this is the case, then contact Moderators about this.

If you are trying to activate a SIM card and the referral code you are using is erroring out or not working, confirm it with the person who provided it to you. Ensure you have the letter "O" or "0" sorted out or any other questionable digits. EDIT - Sorry, @BearFBI just said that!

@ddx3 Are you trying to setup a SIM with your refferal code ? Or are you being reffered ?
If your referring someone try clearing cache and cookies in the browser and switch to incognito mode. Chrome is the perfered browser while activating a SIM. Try going through the activation process again and input the refferal code. Make sure your not mistaking letters for numbers like "0" instead of "o"
