my plan will not change or reactivate, when i try to top up my account balance is 0

i use my visa debit card and it only gives me an option for 10.00 or changes plan but when i hoose either it tells me nothing is due..... very frustrating already tried the lost stolen phone and adding an extra dollar

have you tried clicking payments then doing a one time payment? you might wantto try buying a voucher from a store or a service like recharge.com if you are having issues with credit cards payments.

@dereksimms88 Did you use a credit card or voucher to try and add funds? Did it say that it was accepted or did you get an error message?
