plan rollover date?

Hi, i cant seem to find any dates except when my next payment is _due_ by.

how do i find what date my data and plan rollover to the next term on?

i noticed that my phones not setup properly with that date so my bandwidht usage on my phone is off by a whole lot compared to what the website is displaying and i'd like to set the correct day so this lines to something a lot closer to what it should be.

I find the best way to track data usage is using mydatamanager or datawitness.  both allow custom term lengths (10, 30 or 90).  you set your alloted data ie 12 gb for 90 days and you are golden.

You PREPAY for 90 days.  Your service ends at the end of the 90th day.  So, about 3 months.

In order to continue your service without interuption, you must pay by the payment due date, which is the day before.

I thought it was setout fairly simple.

So public mobile probably has the worst wording on earth than. and yeah fully understand data doesnt stack between terms.

All the accounts say is "Payment Due Date: AAA ##, 2017" no where on any other page does it say renewal or billng term or anything. makes it really confusing to see only that wording, i had checked every single page in the account details for any dates anywhere.

sorry not that type of a roll over.

roll over as in start fresh/new, reset back to 12gb able to use type of a roll over.

not saved data for next term.

You will see 2 dates listed in your self serve account. Payment due date on the Overview page and another due date on the My Rewards page that will be one day more than the payment due date. For example, if your Payment due date is May 7th, the date you see on the rewards page will be May 8th. On the night of 7th at midnight, the payment goes through and sits there for few hours. By that time, its early morning of 8th and your plan renews if payment was made correctly.

Mentioned your data doesn't roll over only thing rollover is if you bought a extra data add on or long distsnce add-on but if you have data left from current plan once plan get renewed you will lose Unused data so it's more like you use it or lose it

For a fresh start then yes your renewal date is your fresh start date plan restart from zero again once you top up manually or if you have a autopay then its will topped up automatically

Data in your plan will not roll over your renewal cycle. It will renew on the night of the payment due date. If you're on AutoPay with valid payment method attached, you don't need to worry as everything will be done automatically. You might see the status Expired during the night of renewal but it will be normal in the morning.

Your renewal date is your date your plan get renewed for next term depend on what plan you on also when you login self serve you can also click on my reward to see exactly how much and when your payments due as well

When you login self serve are you able to see next renewal date right ? It should be on top if you can then that's the only date its shows that day if you don't renew your plan won't be active untill you top up and you have 90 days from renewal date to top up after 90 days plan get suspended and you will lose your service and number
And about data click on data usage and if its not showing there then click on add on and then click on add on usage I don't think different time setting make a difference its will show accurate usage on pm self serve
