Im locked out of my account. Don't remember the password. Don't remember the security question. Stupid chat bot was no help. Cant find a way to submit the request. Just want to update payment info

Hello @cececece and @ecornet ,
If you are both having issues with your "forgot your password" option and SIMon is giving you grief, try the incognito TAB trick (don't know why this works sometimes, but it does!).

If the forgot password is not working for you try a tab in incognito mode or/and clear your cache. Maybe even wait an hour and try again.
