I'm sure it will work because other phones are compatible with PM. You can check phone compatibility on the PM home page by scrolling down and entering your phone info.

I have an Iphone 5s and a iphone 6 activated and they both work perfectly.

@markt538As long as the iPhone is newer than iPhone 3G and is a GSM model (ie not CDMA, still available in the States eg Sprint) it should work with "3G internet"
Do note for some older iPhones eg 4, 4s, 5 they are nearly 10 years old. The browsers might not be able to render modern webpages well.
