Maintenace is on 9th April but I can't view my plan details and make a payment today. Since my plan is due on 10th April, need to recharge before by due date, please help!!

Heyo
I managed to time my credit card overbalance with my Public Mobile payment. Now that I have paid spoken to my visa provider, I have not been able to make a payment on the payment page of the website. This is the message that I get.
Unable to process this transaction.
Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card
Please help. I could really use my cell phone right now!
