Why will no one help

I acctavted a card online but it sed no service when I put my chip in and I just got told that the sim I did registered is not so now what I spent 40 dollars help

See if you can log into your account and see if it is active. Should be on the overview page. If the amount of money put in doesnt cover the total cost of the plan you will not be active and hence no service as PM is prepaid service so the money is due before you have service.

What brand and model of mobile do you have ? Did you try to reboot your phone ?

 

 

 

You can send an email to Public Mobile so they can verify your account.

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.

Hello,

Having a self-serve account does not necessarily mean that you are up-to-date with regard to paying for service.

Log into your self-serve account, and see, on the first page, if service status is active or expired.

If expired, make the necessary payment, reboot your phone, and you will have service shortly.
