I am a new customer with PM, and I am trying to find out the maxium amount of Voicemail Public offers. I am guilty of not clearing my messages promptly, so I need to know what is my cut off before callers hear, 'this voicemail is full there is no more room for messages:)'

Hello,

Your voicemail, be it new or saved messages, are limited to 10 in number, each being a maximum of 5 minutes in length.

After 10 days, a voicemail will be deleted, unless you save it. If saved, it will be deleted after 10 days, unless you save it again. You literally can save a message an infinite number of times, and you don't need to wait until the 10th day. For example, you can save a voicemail on the 4th day for another 10 days.

Additionally, when you have 7 messages in voicemail that have yet to be heard, the voicemail system will advise you that you are nearing your limit of maximum messages that can be left.
