Hello,

Unable to use my spouses number as referrer . Getting message - The number entered does not belong to a valid Public Mobile Subscriber.

Can you please fix ?

How long can One wait? Been waiting forever, while mods are helping people who messaged today. 

 

I'm unable to activate because PM screw up.

Just have to wait it out, they are swamped right now. 

 

You should activate with new number, (use your number for the referral [lol])  to get you started. You would be able to port once they sort this out.

Desperately need one of the mods @Mary_M / @Shazia_K to help my spouse and my account set up. For some reason, my spouse's online account shows my rogers number (say 1) as her PM number, though calls from her phone show her correct number (say 2) that was ported from chatr.

 

I'm unable to set up my account because when I try to port my rogers number (1), it says the number is invalid. I'm guessing it is because the number (1) is already linked to a PM account. Please fix my wife's account to show the correct number (2). 

 

I dont know how my number ended up being her main number. I remember giving my number as the alternate number.

Just click on plan and add-on tab it will say phone number below the tabs

Yes - spouse ported after getting new number. 

 

Where in my account can I see the number? I checked everywhere.

Did you spouse port in after getting a new number? 

Check your spouse's number in her my account in self serve. I bet it's different then the ported number, use that number for now, and then private message a mod about it to get it fixed. Your spouse would need to give her number and your number to get the referral credited.

I'm having the same issue. Please help. @Mary_M @Shazia_K.

Appreciate if mods / senior members can help. Just 2 more days to go and want to make sure that my referrer (wife) gets the credit.
