Texting in Mexico

I cant send or receive texts in Mexico. Anybody know why?

Unfortunately, it's not supposed to work.  There is no service outside of Canada and the U.S.   Also realize that Public Mobile has no pay-per-use charges, so if it's not included in your plan or add-ons, it just doesn't work.  It would be advisable on any carrier to never try to use a service without first knowing the cost of it.  Otherwise, you could be in for a very nasty billing surprise.

Yes we all know why--Public Mobile doesn't offer any service in Mexico.  You can buy US Roaming add-ons for travel within the US, but no other international locations are currently offered.  Oh I think @xCameron94x already beat me to this answer.

there is no roaming options for that location ,and with public mobile being pre-paid, you will have no service all together, unless you have an add on (which doesnt exist)
